Corporate or Custom Personalization: Initials: You can place up to three initials on our products at no additional charge.
Names or sayings: Names up to 16 characters can be added for a charge of $4 per item. We welcome special requests so please call to discuss the details. Images: If your business or family would like to use it’s own logo or artwork, we can assist you in having a branding die made for an $80 charge. If we need to assist you in making your image camera ready, (scanning, sizing and minor clean-up), there will be a charge of $25 per hour. An estimate will be given before the die is made as to total cost. Prices for in-stock images are $4.00 each. Hot stamped images can vary in intensity on each individual product due to the inconsistencies that occur in natural leather. Hides may also vary slightly in color.
Quantity discounts We can also accommodate large quantity orders upon request. We offer discount pricing on large quanties. For special requests or quantity pricing please e-mail or call us at (830) 438-1834. Process for personalization You can place your initials, name or logo on almost all of our products. We use what is known as a “hot stamp” machine. In other words, we “brand” the leather with a magnesium die that has been heated to about 350 degrees. This makes for a long lasting, durable, and good looking product. If you have a preference as to where your name or initials are placed, please call or e-mail us. Final determination of placement will be made by West Leather if there are no instructions or there are limiting factors. Please note: The”hot stamped” image can vary in intensity on each individual product due to the inconsistencies that occur in natural leather. Hides may also vary slightly in color.
