Shipping
We typically ship our product within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your order. Large orders may take longer. All of our products are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. The following is a chart of estimated shipping and handling charges for the Continental U.S. Add State and local tax of 7.25% for Texas residents.

$16.00 to $30.99 ............... $7.50
$31.00 to $50.99 ............... $8.50
$51.00 to $75.99 ................$11.50
$76.00 to $125.99 ..............$14.50
$126.00 to $200.99 ............$20.50

Customizing your product
Most of our products can be customized with initials, a name or an image. Final determination of placement will be made by West Leather.
The charges for customizing your product are as follows:
Initials can be placed on most products at no additional charge
Names up to 16 letters will be charged at $4 per name
Logo's can be added to our products. Please provide us with artwork from which to make a die of your logo. There is a one time charge of $80. We prefer black and white images in .eps or .ai format. If the artwork provided is not camera ready we can assist you in making the changes for $25/hour fee. An estimate will be given prior to making the die.
Please note that the “hot stamped” image can vary in intensity on each individual product due to the inconsistencies that occur in natural leather. Hides may also vary slightly in color.
We can accomodate quantity orders upon request. We offer discount pricing for orders over 10 pieces. Please email or call us at (830) 438-1834. We would love to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks or money orders will be accepted with phone orders. We do not ship C.O.D.
No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges due to the fact that most of our products are customized with initials or images. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we want to know about it. Please e-mail or call 830-438-1834, we will do what we can to make sure your shopping experience with us is a great experience.
Security
When you submit your order, you are on a secure server provided by MindHarbor and Authorize.net. West Leather takes the privacy of our customers seriously. We WILL NOT, in any way, sell, loan, make available, or in any other way divulge information about our customers. We use this information for internal purposes only.
