What shipping method do you use?

We ship USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days and for larger orders we use UPS.

Do you ship out of the country?

We would be happy to ship our products to wherever you may be. Please call 866-951-0060 for quotes on orders outside of the US.

Can you accommodate rush orders?

We will do our best to accommodate rush orders to meet your deadlines. Next day orders must be submitted by 1:00 pm MST. Rush orders will be subject to a $25 fee in addition to shipping charges. Please call 866-951-0060 for arrangements.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 14 business days of receiving the order. You will receive an email when your order ships. Special or custom orders may take longer. We will let you know the eta for these situations.

What forms of payment does West Leather accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as checks. If in doubt, give us a call and we will try to accommodate your situation.

How can I personalize my products?

You can add a monogram for $4.00 or add a name or other text for $8.00. The ideas are limitless, such as Friends Forever, World’s Best Dad, Together Forever, Congratulations Shawn, Bruce and Denise Burg, Burg Family, etc.

Can I have a logo added to the product?

We can have a die made of a company or family logo for $80.00, this is a one-time fee and can be used to personalize any of our products at any time in the future.

How is the personalization done?

You can place your initials, name or logo on almost all of our products. We use what is known as a “hot stamp” machine. In other words, we “brand” the leather with a magnesium die that has been heated to about 350 degrees. This makes for a long lasting, durable, and good looking product. Or if you prefer we can deboss with silver or gold foil. If you have a preference as to where your name or initials are placed, please call or e-mail us. Final determination of placement will be made by West Leather if there are no instructions or there are limiting factors.

Please note: The”hot stamped” image can vary in intensity on each individual product due to the inconsistencies that occur in natural leather. Hides may also vary slightly in color.

What type of leather do you use?

We use the best; Drum-dyed, Full Grain English Bridle leather. This is a top quality leather that shows the richness and natural variations of the hide. Our leather comes from a tannery located here in the USA.

Can you handle custom orders?

Yes, we are small enough to handle special requests and big enough to make it happen. This might include a special leather piece or a colored leather or maybe just tweaking a product to make it work for you. We welcome all special requests. Please email sales@westleather.com or call 866-951-0060.
